mermaid reading

It is true, I'm a mermaid lover, this carving is about 4" x 4" x 14">100mm x 100mm x 350mm< made of another piece of my precious antique pine. The sand dollar was found on a 'walk on the beach'. Been on vacation three days now and nothing is better than concentrated carving punctuated by swims, walks and babe watching. Many thanks to my Father in law for renting the beach house in Isle of palms, SC, a very lovely place indeed.
